Working alongside me in your journey called life will provide you with a non judgemental and supportive space to explore yourself and your concerns confidentially and safely. I will be right next to you while we navigate your issues, gain clarity and work out how positive changes can influence your quality of life.
About me and my practice
I am a BACP registered counsellor with experience working in the NHS, for a national charity, with local businesses and in Private Practice. I offer both short and long term work face to face, online and by phone.
Reaching out and attending therapy can be quite daunting which is why I offer a free 15 minute chat which gives you the opportunity to ask questions and get to know how I work before booking in with me. I feel its really important to work with a therapist you feel comfortable with so would always encourage you to research before deciding.
I work in a humanistic way which means you are at the centre of all the work. I will be guided by your experience and I offer a safe, non judgemental space for you to bring all of your concerns and issues to.
Experience
I have experience working with a wide variety of individuals just like you who are looking to improve their life and work through anything from depression and anxiety to bereavement and trauma. With special interests in the LGBTQ+ community, chronic illness and the menopause.

Additional Information
Online therapy is just as good as face to face therapy, you have the same amount of time and I offer the same conditions I would if you were in the same room.
The great thing about offering a service online and by telephone is that you can access my support from anywhere in the country. I am also happy to change between online, telephone and face to face if you wish, making it even easier to fit into your home and working life.
I would always ask that your camera is on throughout the session if possible and I would ensure that mine is too.
I use whereby for online therapy which, from feedback from clients, is an easy to access and private platform.
A link would be sent to you via email. This link will take you to a meeting room where you 'knock' on the door and I would then let you into the meeting. This ensures that the meeting room is secure and private.
When offering telephone counselling, we would arrange a time for the session and I would call you on the number you wo
